First Aid at Work
The main difference between the two, apart from the duration, is the amount of detail each respective course covers. The 1 Day Emergency First Aid at Work & CPR course is the most basic accredited course we offer at Safety Scope Training and is most suitable for people working in corporate, retail, education and low-risk sports environments.
On the other hand, our 2 Days First Aid & CPR course is the most thorough course we have on offer. This course is most suitable for industries functioning in a high-risk environment such as construction, manufacturing, sports and warehousing.
Paediatric First Aid
As you may have already seen, we run two different Paediatric courses here at Safety Scope Training; the Emergency Paediatric course and the Paediatric First Aid & CPR course – TICTA approved. The main difference between the two is the Paediatric First Aid & CPR course is an extended course that covers more subject areas. The course is designed to comply with HSE and international regulations, as such the course is most suited for teachers working in schools, nannies and au pairs. While the Basic Paediatric First Aid course is best suited to private nannies and parents.
